We are now searching for a Catalog Manager for the Danish Market to work with Mofibo.

The role and team

As Catalog Manager for Denmark, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the programming and performance of the full Storytel/Mofibo content catalog, ensuring that the catalog delivers a differentiated, attractive, and engaging customer experience in addition to delivering on financial targets. The role includes both strategic and operational elements and collaboration with various external and internal stakeholders.

You will belong to the Content department and report to the Head of Nordic Catalog Management, with peers in Sweden, Finland, and Iceland, but you will be working from the Mofibo office in Copenhagen and hold a key position in the dynamic Mofibo team. 

Key responsibilities

• Develop and Implement Content Strategy - Ensure that the Mofibo content strategy aligns with commercial objectives and contributes to a differentiated, attractive, and engaging customer offering.
• Manage Content Programming - Oversee the Mofibo content calendar, ensuring that the composition and programming of our content offering is diverse and appealing to our audience and aligned with marketing strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate closely with Nordic Catalog Management, Danish Country- Curation-, and Marketing managers and various central stakeholders to align priorities and optimise content investments.
• Publisher Relations - Build and maintain relationships with publishers and other content providers, staying informed about upcoming releases and industry trends to enhance catalog performances.
• Financial Performance - Track and report on budget and target achievement for catalogue performance. Propose investment levels for the internal publishing production budget.
• Data Analysis - Analyse publishing, entertainment, and content-marketing data to identify audience needs and conduct content-gap analyses to identify missing content types.

About you

To be successful in this role we believe you have/are:

• Proven experience in senior Content-, Programming-, Key Account-, or Publishing Management roles within the Danish Publishing, Podcast, or Streaming industries.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a robust network within the content industry, coupled with a genuine enthusiasm for content.
• A commercial mindset and the ability to drive initiatives across various stakeholders.
• Experience in managing business areas and achieving financial targets and KPIs.
• Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Fluency in English and Danish.
