In Denmark, we work 37 hours per week with flexible working hours, which means that every employee is responsible for their own working time and work duties. You should for example be able to pick-up your kids, go for a workout or visit the dentist during office hours.

accordance with the law applicable at the given time and a prerequisite for paid parental leave is that
