About the role and the team
As our new team member, you’ll play a vital role in strengthening Mofibo’s digital presence by planning, developing and executing a broad range of impactful digital campaign activities, always-on and tactical efforts to promote audiobooks and stories and driving Mofibo/Storytel’s digital visibility and engagement across channels to various target audiences, incl. social media channels.
You’ll support the strategic market development and help reach core marketing objectives to ensure effective goal achievement e.g. intake and engagement targets. Your daily work will take place in close collaboration with the Global Digital Marketing team, particularly around paid digital activities (Meta and Google) as well as with the Danish Marketing Manager and the local marketing team. The position requires great collaboration skills in working with several internal departments such as global marketing, publishing, partnerships, customer support, PR as well as with external media and creative agencies.
The role is based in Copenhagen as part of the Danish marketing team in the Streaming organisation. You’ll report to the Danish Marketing Manager, Kristina Kvist Mikkelsen.
Responsibilities
Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns and projects for audiobooks, authors and the Mofibo brand - utilizing the power of stories and our brand in new innovative ways.
Own the digital campaign process from planning and briefing to execution and evaluation, in collaboration with the Global Digital Marketing team.
Conduct post-campaign reviews and share insights.
Manage cost control on campaigns and ensure cost efficiency.
Work hands-on creatively with content when needed (social posts, assets, copy).
Performance tracking on campaigns and reviews to ensure learnings are shared and applied for ongoing improvement and efficiency.
About you
To be successful in this role, we believe that you…
Are growth-oriented, self-driven and bring a strong commercial mindset to everything you do.
Have at least 4-5 years of experience in managing successful digital campaigns across paid and organic channels, with deep knowledge of best-performing user engagement tactics and right-fit to media.
Have great skills in digital campaign and media planning (directly or through an externally/internally media agency).
Have a solid understanding of the full customer journey and ability to navigate both brand-building and lower-funnel performance goals.
Combine strong analytical skills with a creative mindset - and is able to produce digital content when needed.
Thrive in a role with a wide variety of tasks.
Possesses professional language skills in Danish and English, both spoken and written.
Experience in working in a matrix set-up and/or with a subscription service is considered a plus.
