As we continue to grow, we are looking to strengthen our Global HR team in Stockholm with an ambitious and experienced recruiter for our tech team. 

About the role

As a Talent acquisition partner for our development team, you will play a crucial part in our continuous growth and success of Storytel! In the last three years our development team has doubled in size every year and it will continue to grow rapidly the coming years.

In this role you will take full ownership for our tech recruitment processes ensuring that it is improved and developed to best support a tech team in high growth. You will work close to our tech managers and the HR team to identify business needs, set hiring priorities and form strategies for how to attract the best talents. You will be exposed to the whole tech organization and there will be a big variety of roles and seniority. 

You will be part of the Global HR team and work closely with our other recruiters to help and support each other. You will report to the Head of HR & Operations. 

Responsibilities

As our Talent acquisition partner you will

  • own the recruitment processes from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • identify staffing needs and support our Tech managers in building their teams
  • set and follow up KPIs and measure your recruitment activities over time
  • experiment with new ways to optimize our recruitment processes and internal workflows to ensure our effectiveness and a great candidate experience
  • establish and maintain meaningful relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders internally
  • organize and attend recruitment fairs and other events to attract candidates in accordance with our employer branding strategy
  • work actively with diversity and inclusion

Your profile

We believe that you have a few years of experience from working with the whole recruitment cycle and are now ready to take the next step in your career and help us build our future tech organization. You have a passion for the recruitment profession and for delivering top candidate experience.

 

  • + 2 years experience as a self-driven Tech Recruiter, preferably in-house at a fast-paced software/IT company
  • university degree within Human Resources, Behavioral science or similar
  • ability to work independently and structured 
  • data-driven mindset
  • ability to manage multiple recruitments at once and to follow through and meet deadlines.
  • Storytel is an international company and therefore it is necessary that you speak and write in English fluently
  • excellent communication skills
  • an interest for tech and a passion for building teams

You must have strong interpersonal skills, a genuine team-player mindset and be able to work independently. You are a driven person with adaptability to other people’s needs and at the same time as you have integrity and a believer in quality and professionalism.
