CRM Manager - Temporary

We are currently looking for a temporary replacement for a CRM Manager in the period January to October 2025.
About the team
The CRM Team is a passionate and diverse group of people, and we’re responsible for engaging our Storytel customers and making them stay in the service. In total, we are a skilled nine people CRM team divided into two sub-teams, CRM Engagement and CRM Sales working in close collaboration to improve our customer relations globally. This role belongs to the CRM Sales team.
About the role
In this role, you will coordinate cross-functionally with other global commercial departments, such as marketing, brand & customer support, product & tech teams, and local markets. The role is strategic and operational, with the mission to create and maintain global communication structures and campaigns. You will have end-to-end responsibility from initiating initiatives, project leading, visualizing customer journeys, building flows or campaigns in our CRM Marketing Automation tool Braze, and following up on results and reporting.
Our emphasis is on scalability, sharing knowledge across markets, and utilizing previous work to save time and optimize resources. Your insights and collaboration on automating and adapting past projects will be highly valued and will help us achieve more with the available resources.
Responsibilities
Project management and end-to-end responsibility on cross-market campaigns or initiatives collaborating with global functions or local markets
Analyze data to create initiatives to mitigate customers leaving the service
Discuss initiatives and support local/global activities to increase the customer base
Cross-sell, up-sell and win-back
Follow up and measure the impact of initiatives and report to stakeholders
Knowledge sharing with the rest of the organization
Studying changes in key metrics and long-term trends
Think commercially and look for ways to improve our metrics
Take part in projects such as churn reduction or new subscription-type rollout
We think that you
Have a couple of years of experience in CRM roles, preferably from a B2C subscription service and/or experience from the agency side.
Have an analytical mindset and are used to make data-driven decisions
Enjoys discussing CRM initiatives with multiple stakeholders and finding solutions to improve key metrics
Bring insights in creating a high level of personalization using a Marketing Automation tool like Braze or similar
Have strong skills in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools like Google Data Studio, Looker, etc.
Are experienced in stakeholder management
Are goal-oriented and self-driven
Have a business level of English, both written and spoken
Are Fluent in Swedish (this is a must-have, being responsible for the Swedish market, among others in the Nordics)

Experience from app-/ digital subscription companies
Experience in management consulting
Experience working with Braze
