Mofibo is Denmark's largest audiobook streaming service and offers thousands of audiobooks and ebooks to customers. Mofibo is a part of the Storytel Group and we offer our services in fourteen other markets with plans to expand in the coming year. We are now recruiting a customer support representative who is fluent in Danish and English to our global customer support team located in Copenhagen.

Our customer support team loves communicating with customers, answering questions, solving whatever issue they might have or providing a great book tip. About the role

As part of our Global Customer Support team your main task is to answer questions from our customers on the Danish market, mainly through e-mail and social media, but also other channels. Customer support is the first contact customers have with Storytel so we pride ourselves on giving them the best service possible no matter what the issue might be. Therefore it is important that you have great communication skills and love to find solutions. The global customer support team consists of 20 colleagues with teams in Stockholm, Lund, and Copenhagen.

Is this you?

  • Prior experience in customer support and familiar with Zendesk is a plus
  • You are a native Danish speaker and fluent in English
  • You enjoy a good audiobook or e-book
  • You are a creative problem solver and likes to be proactive
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change and be tech-savvy
  • You are service-minded and understand the value of great customer care
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • You thrive in a fast-paced company
