Global CRM Coordinator

At Storytel we believe that powerful stories add an extra dimension to life. We offer hundreds of thousands of audiobooks and ebooks to customers in 16 markets, with several new markets launching in the coming year. Storytel is Northern Europe's largest audiobook streaming service and we are now looking for a talented and engaged Global CRM Coordinator to join our team.

About the role

As a Global CRM Coordinator at Storytel you are part of our Global CRM team that works extensively with all the countries in which Storytel operates. The main task is creating structures and work processes that work globally, as well as supporting the local existing markets in their customer communication strategy and execution.

The Global CRM Coordinator is an operative role where you coordinate and develop the customer dialogue in new and existing markets with focus on satisfied and loyal customers, in order to increase customer lifetime and customer lifetime value.


  • Develop and implement CRM marketing and communication ideas for existing customer database. Primarily across email and push Notifications but also digital channels such as social media, Instagram and Google AdWords.
  • Manage test and learn campaigns to improve returns.
  • Coordinate Global master A-B test plan for email communication.
  • Educate and support all new and existing markets responsible for local CRM activities in the different CRM systems.
  • Responsible for production (planning, ordering, preparation and copy proofing) of all global master CRM communication.
  • Measure, analyze and prepare reports for performance of customer activities.  
  • Coordinate, follow up and reporting results from customer surveys.
  • Prepares various reports for CRM and digital marketing.

Your profile

  • 2-3 years experience from similar jobs
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills in Swedish, English and Spanish both written and spoken. Other languages skills are valuable.
  • Available to work during Latin American time zones at times
  • Strong project management skills
  • Great organizational skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to details
  • Willingness to take on projects with proactive attitude
  • All experience from digital marketing, CRM and customer experience is very valuable
