About The Team

You will be part of the Global Talent Acquisition reporting to the TA Team Manager, together we are part of the larger People Team where you will also have the opportunity to broaden your HR knowledge through collaboration on projects. As a team we support and help each other reach successful company objectives.

What You'll Do
360 end to end focus on Product & Tech talent acquisition, this includes sourcing, reviewing applicants, interviewing, creating pipelines and processes for the recruitment cycle through to successfully closing candidates
Excite candidates about their new career opportunities, you will have a positive and enthusiastic approach to delivering an engaging candidate experience.
Manage stakeholders, partnering up and building relationships with the hiring managers in the P&T department. You will help them achieve their goals by delivering diverse, world class talent while managing their expectations along the way.
Collaborate and drive projects with the Talent team. Working together to create a clear overview of the entire organization's needs and working together on strategic initiatives.
Partner internally. We have an outstanding People Team where you can make an impact on broad topics. You'll collaborate on compensation, D&I, benefits, HR, and mobility to deliver results.
We believe that you have a few years of experience from working with the whole recruitment cycle and are now ready to take the next step in your career and help us build our future tech organization. You have a passion for the recruitment profession and for delivering top candidate experience.
+ 5 years experience as a self-driven Tech Recruiter, preferably in-house at a fast-paced software / IT company
University degree within Human Resources, Behavioral science or similar
Ability to manage multiple recruitments at once and to follow through and meet deadlines.
Storytel is an international company and therefore it is necessary that you speak and write in English fluently
