Mofibo is a part of Storytel, which is one of the world’s leading audio- and e-book streaming services. We offer unlimited listening to consumers in 25+ markets, with several new markets launching this year. Our vision is to make the world a more empathetic place with great stories to be shared and enjoyed by anyone, anywhere, anytime. Storytel, a Swedish company founded in 2005, is both a digital platform provider as well as a comprehensive publishing group. We are now looking for a Publishing Coordinator for our publishing team in Denmark, where we are operating under the Mofibo brand.
The role and the team
In this role you will be the center of all of our publishing activities. You will be the most important link between editors and audio producers. You will know all deadlines concerning projects and you have internal launch meetings with our curators. You will be following the performance of titles and educating yourself in our many dashboards. There is a lot of facts and data in this position, however at the same time there are quite a lot of pitching stories in this position. In many cases you are also in direct contact with our writers when they have questions.
You will be working with a dedicated team of creative storytellers in our Copenhagen office and there is also a larger group of student helpers ready to support you. You will work closely with our international colleagues in the Global Publishing Team and with colleagues in other countries, and the internal network is an important aspect of this position. You will be reporting to the Head of Publishing in Denmark and your daily team lead will be our Audio Manager.

- Coordinating projects between the editorial team and the production team
- Assisting in rights management
- Updating our Storytool system with data for all projects
- Presentations on internal launch meetings with Curation Managers
- Launch packages to writers before title premiere

To be successful in this role we believe that you are a team player who is happy when you can help push a project forward, add needed information to a system and make structure out of a complicated process. You are motivated by learning new things and you get energy from interacting with people. You are humoristic and outspoken and can thrive in a sometimes-noisy group of creative souls. Of course, you have personal integrity and expect the same from others. You can see yourself in a company that is building the future for storytelling, that dares to take chances and always is looking to improve how we do things. In other words, you feel good in a world of change, and you have qualities to make processes and add structure around this change. The role is perfect for someone who really appreciates structure and deadlines and who is not afraid of going into contract mode.
The requirements we see for this role are:

- At least 2-3 years of demonstrable relevant working experience
- Excellent language skills in Danish and English both verbally and in writing
- Strong sense of structure and good communication skills
