We are now looking for a CRM Specialist to join the team in Thailand. 


About the Team

As a CRM specialist, you will play a key role in the Storytel Thailand team, being responsible for our CRM strategies, activities and initiatives in the market. You will work closely with the local Storytel Thailand team and the global Content, Curation and Communication teams to grow the Thailand market. You will work with a data driven approach, measuring all activities for effectiveness and adjust the CRM processes and marketing automation when necessary. 

The CRM specialist reports to the Country Manager in Storytel Thailand.


About the Role

The role includes working with: 

  • The planning, execution, evaluation and optimization of CRM and retention campaigns via Mailchimp, Braze, email, in-app messaging and push notifications.
  • Website and app translations, as well as App Store Optimization tasks
  • Extensive analyzes in our CRM tools, in order to gain target group insights
  • Various CRM related A/B-test initiatives


About You

To be successful in this role we believe that you have: 

  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Relevant university degree 
  • Demonstrable experience with CRM planning, execution, evaluation and optimization
  • Proven experience in data analysis and running A/B tests 
  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Adjust, etc  
  • Fluent or professional level of Thai and English, both written and spoken

In addition, you enjoy both operating independently and in a team. You are proactive and know how to convert strategic plans into concrete actions. You are data and result-driven, organized and enjoy working with the latest trends in digital growth and CRM. You make decisions based on concrete insights, as well as an evaluation of consumer behavior.

And for some bonus points: 

  • Experience in Braze
  • Experience with subscription services and media / publishing
