Storytel is one of the world’s leading audiobook and e-book streaming services. We are now looking for a Global CRM Loyalty Manager!


About the role

As a CRM Loyalty Manager, you are part of our Global CRM team that works extensively with all the countries in which Storytel operates, ensuring that we have outstanding customer NPS scores, reduce churn and improve daily active usage. The role is both strategic and operational and your main tasks are to create and maintain global loyalty communication strategies, structures and campaigns, as well as to lead the work on how Storytel act on gathered customer insight. You will also support the global CRM team and the local markets with the implementation and adaptation of data-driven and automated messaging for driving loyalty, retention and customer engagement.

The position requires cross-functional coordination with other global commercial departments, such as marketing, brand & customer support as well as with our tech, product and intelligence teams. This position will report to our Head of Global CRM and work closely with various global teams as well as our international local teams.

What you will do:

  • Set the vision for Storytels CRM loyalty strategy and operations
  • Plan, create and roll out communication related to the CRM loyalty strategy, using a mix of automated and personalised communication as well as In-app activities 
  • Clearly communicate the CRM loyalty vision, initiatives, and progress internally
  • Own the process for how to act on customer insights 
  • Work closely to your team members in the Global CRM team to drive projects
  • With a data-driven approach work with experimenting, testing and following-up initiatives to ensure optimal effect
  • Actively seek input from key stakeholders regarding how to improve customer lifetime, customer engagement & customer loyalty 
  • Improve adaptation and usage of new features related to loyalty and retention and improve customer satisfaction by current customers 
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends and network with peers in loyalty marketing to benchmark, understand, and create a best-in-class loyalty marketing automation and 1-1 customer dialogue. 

About you

  • +7 years work experience from similar roles, preferably in a digital consumer-oriented company
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to measure, analyze and communicate ROI of campaigns
  • Strong people, project, and management skills
  • Fluent or professional level of English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 

And for some bonus points

  • Experience from app-/ digital subscription companies
  • Experience within management consulting
  • Operational experience from Marketing Automation platforms such as Braze, Adobe etc
