We are now looking for a CRM Performance and Insights Manager in the Swedish CRM team.


The role

Working as a CRM Performance and Insights Manager in the Swedish CRM team you are at the heart of our success in acquiring new consumers and ensuring that they remain engaged while increasing consumer lifetime value. 

In this role you will work proactively with growth initiatives and consequently ensure campaign activities and activations are briefed, reviewed, and journeys pushed live. Follow customer progress through each of the key stages in the customer journey and monitor the use of our products.


What you will do

  • Grow the consumer base and the consumer lifetime value by defining strategy and Customer Journey Mapping.
  • Conduct post-campaign analytics and evaluations to realize recommendations and optimization of future CRM campaigns.
  • Collect, enriche, visualize and describe consumer data. Transform data to crucial, actionable insights to improve business results.
  • Work closely with Global and Swedish CRM and Business Intelligence departments to understand all CRM feeds and data flowing in and out of CRM program management tools.
  • Ensure effective conveyance of information and execution cross-functional global and local teams, be able to prioritize and meet deadlines while working on multiple projects, and have creative problem-solving skills.

 

Your profile

  • + 5 years of experience in CRM marketing performance within a fast-paced setting
  • Experience with CRM & Marketing Automation systems, Storytel uses Braze.
  • Experience of A/B testing and data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio to ensure customer understanding and campaign results
  • Analytical problem solver, initiative taker, who see opportunities and potential to improve
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
  • Enjoy project management and planning
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in working with a subscription model is a plus
